Our hotel rooms are as unique and individual as our guests are. Compared to other New York hotel rooms, Southampton Inn’s accommodations are quite versatile. Twenty-one of our rooms connect with second rooms to accommodate larger reservations and families. All room accommodations include refrigerators, individually-controlled heat and air conditioning, cable television, and Free Wireless Internet. And guests can enjoy a restful night sleep on our Tempur-Pedic® mattresses!

Hotel Policies

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking with full deposit due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival incur a $50.00 cancellation fee per room per night. Cancellations made 30 to 14 days prior to arrival forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made 14 days or less will be charged full amount.

Check-in time after 4:00pm.
Check-out time before 11:00am.

Rates subject to change.

Pet Policy: $39.00 pet fee per night, per pet. Please never leave your pet alone. For the safety of our guests as well as your pets we can arrange a pet sitter if the need shall arise. Pets must be leashed when on the property.

All of our 90 guestrooms offer an ideal home base any time of the year.


Our Traditional King/Queen Bedrooms are well-appointed rooms with all the comforts of home. In your “country style” guestroom you’ll surely enjoy our plush comforters and duvets, cozy Tempur Pedic® mattresses, cable television, individual climate controls, hairdryers, refrigerators, telephones with voicemail, work station desks, and toiletries by Gilchrist & Soames. Maximum Occupancy 2 Adults or 1 Adult, 1 Child. Cribs & Rollways are available upon request only. Additional fees do apply for any additional person after double occupancy.


Our Deluxe King/Queen Bedrooms are well-appointed rooms with the addition of a Sofa bed for those hosting. Enjoy a “country style” guestroom, plush comforters and duvets, cozy Tempur Pedic® mattresses, cable television, individual climate controls, hairdryers, refrigerators, telephones with voicemail, work station desks, and toiletries by Gilchrist & Soames. Maximum Occupancy 2 Adults or 1 Adult and 2 Children. Cribs & Rollways are available upon request only. Additional fees do apply for any additional person after double occupancy.


Our Traditional Double Queen Bedrooms are large, well-appointed rooms with two queen beds that can accommodate up to four adults or two adults with two children.
