90 uniquely customized guest rooms We are a Non-Smoking Facility When compared to other hotels in New York, the Southampton Inn's accommodations exceed one's expectations. Our rooms are equipped with individually-controlled heat and air conditioning units, refrigerators, cable televisions, complementary Wi-Fi and Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Twenty-one adjoining rooms are also available for families and larger groups. In addition, each room differs in furniture, style and decor, and thus has a distinctive charm.
