Our 2300 sq. ft. elegant ballroom hosts up to 250 guests (reception style) and opens to an outdoor courtyard. Two conference rooms and two executive boardrooms accommodate meetings from eight to 90 people. Our remodeled facilities flow beautifully with warm wood furnishings, french doors, audio/visual equipment and Free WiFi services. We also offer fax, photocopy, postage services and a computer work station.

Event Coordination

Our professional staff can assist you in developing meetings, seminars, conferences, off-site activities and booking a variety of team building venues. Whether you need assistance choosing a room, creating an agenda, or choosing a catering menu, Southampton Inn’s Event Coordinator will work with you to make your event successful.


Meeting Facilities: Over 6,000 square feet of conference/banquet space. Two meeting rooms. Two private corporate boardrooms	Break-out room 2,300-square-foot ballroom, able to be divided into two smaller function rooms. Meeting rooms are equipped with free WiFi and phone/fax system upon request. Audio/video systems are available.
