Claude's at the Southampton Inn:

Open daily for breakfast, lunch & dinner and prix fixe all night Sunday through Thursday and 5pm-6:30pm on Friday and Saturday. Executive Chef James Carpenter will be serving delicious dishes year round featuring locally sourced seafood and fall flavors. The restaurant also supports our in-house weddings, banquets, meetings, and catered functions.
